When addresses or other identifying information are passed to Priority Research Ltd by a client for the purpose of mailing questionnaires or any other research activities, Priority Research Ltd becomes a data handler within the meaning of the Act rather than the data owner and the relevant sections of the Act apply.

Priority Research Ltd shall use such information only for the purposes for which it is supplied.

Nothing from such a list shall be passed on to any third party except for agents employees or subcontractors of Priority Research Ltd. expressly for the purpose of carrying out the research project, in which case the same conditions shall apply to all those who receive the data.
