As well as general needs tenant surveys we have a long track record in more specialised work with such customer groups as shared owners and leaseholders. PRL is able to provide both standard postal and interview surveys but can also use its unique ‘Priority Search’ methodology which combines the benefits of both qualitative and quantitative approaches in a single project framework. We are increasingly conducting cost effective group wide surveys for larger housing clients, and our ‘extended STATUS’ option provides the benefit of enhancing the standard NHF questionnaire with the acquisition of additional ‘business specific’ data for any client choosing such an option.
