The service allows users to produce sophisticated outputs in Word, Publisher, Excel or SPSS with access to a wide variety of pie-charts, graphs, diagrams, and histograms to choose from. Outputs can be easily incorporated into presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.

e-inform requires no expertise in desktop publishing or experience of surveys. Clients can quickly and easily design and set up their own questionnaires. A telephone and email helpdesk is available to assist with any technical enquiries. A day’s training can also be arranged if required and temporary logins are available for clients wishing to try the service.
