Associate Lecturer Survey 2008

Thank you for clicking through to this survey about online library services for Associate Lecturers. Your views are very important to us. In order to improve the services available to you we need to know how we can support your Open University teaching, particularly:
  • how satisfied you are with the current library services
  • what services we could develop in the future to make finding information easier
This questionnaire will be available from 29 September 2008 - 9 November 2008 and is managed by our partners Priority Research Ltd. Your responses to this survey will be collated by Priority Research Ltd and reported to us in November. The analysis will be made available in the New Year on the library website and TutorHome. Ideas and actions for future development will be incorporated into the Library Plan for 2009/10.

Guidelines for completing the survey:

It won't take long to complete the questionnaire, approximately 10 minutes. Don't dwell too long on each answer, as your immediate feeling on the issue is the most important
  • Many questions require an answer before you can continue to the next section
  • If you do not have a strong opinion on a rating question, please use the "No opinion/N.A" category on the right
  • You can review your previous answers using the back button on your browser (within a single session only, changes require subsequent pages to be re-entered)
  • If you wish to resume at a later time, you will be able to do so from the last incomplete section providing you keep a record of your randomly allocated passkey. For your passkey number look for letter/number sequence in red following the (yellow key icon Passkey) on the next page To protect your security, you will not be able to review previously submitted answers.

If you are continuing, enter your passkey here:

Priority Research Limited is carrying out the survey on behalf of the University. It follows the rules of the Market Research Society and will therefore both respect, and keep confidential, all responses. Your identity will not be revealed to the University, nor will any results be presented that would make it possible to do so.
